the regular Retail world, a customer has a hard time finding re-supplies of
this great product, because traditional retailers never stay in-stock regularly.
We are committed to staying in-stock of the supplies regularly needed
by the shaver, i.e., soaps, replacement blades.

are located in Lexington, South Carolina, and is a family-owned business. All our shipping is done at this location.

and Merchandise Return Policy
Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within
30 days of the invoice date for exchange. We will always
take back defective or merchandise damaged in shipping at our expense for exchange.
Refunds: Coolshaving will accept return of any of our products if they
have a manufacturers defect or if you ordered the wrong item so long as they have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed
in anyway whatsoever and are in the original packaging. We do not
take back shaving items after they have been used due the the risk of aids.
If the item has a manufacturers defect, you will need to describe in writing
the defect before returning. If the item has been used and does not have a
manufactures defect, it cannot be returned. Just Contact Us
for return autorization.
When returning an item, please include the original invoice or a copy of the invoice, with the item number of each piece of merchandise being returned noted on the invoice, and the reason for the return on the back of the invoice and include it with your return package. Please be sure to indicate whether a replacement, credit, or refund is desired. Insure the package with the U.S. Postal Service or the carrier of your choice. Take into account when choosing a carrier, that we will not accept a package COD. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds will only be for the amount of the unused merchandise returned.

gladly accepts VISA, Mastercard and Discover or Paypal. Checks drawn on U.S.
banks and money orders in U.S. funds are always welcome. All pieces are shipped
UPS or USPS with insurance as soon as payment is received. Buyer pays shipping
charges.
Backorders
We
will notify you via email within 48 hours of placing your order if an item
is temporarily out of stock. We will then give you an estimation of when the
item will be shipped.
